CO-FOUNDER

Saad grew up in Karachi, Pakistan in a joint family of 16 people. He was shaped by the entrepreneurial spirit of his father and grandfather, who—despite their humble beginnings—built a small family business in the pharmaceutical industry. This afforded Saad the opportunity to pursue a world-class education, and he is the first in his family to study, live, and work in the US.

Beyond the family business, Saad has spent his career in growth-stage software operations at Samsara and technology investment banking at Houlihan Lokey.

Saad holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics and Applied Math from UC Berkeley.

Saad spent his childhood volunteering at his local mosque and continues to do so today. He and his wife, Mahnoor, live in Philadelphia, PA and are avid cricket fans despite being time zones away from their favorite team.

CO-FOUNDER

Tanner started his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company, advising leading B2B software and services companies on their growth strategies. He also spent time in impact investing at TPG, where he supported mission-driven founders in the technology, healthcare, and energy industries.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Tanner was raised in a big Midwestern family and now lives with his wife, Mara, in Boston, MA. They recently welcomed a daughter, Charlotte, to the family last November.

He enjoys hiking, following college basketball, and also occasionally attempts to golf.
